Here's a little washcloth for Elaine -- I used a favorite Sugar 'n' Creme by Lily skein and made up the eyelet pattern as I went along. Elaine likes dishcloths with holes 'cause they don't mildew so quickly. We gave it to her for a very late birthday present last weekend. She loves it and thinks it's too nice for dishes. Oh well.

Hey there!
I coudln't find your email so I'm commenting here--HI FROM CRAFTLIT!
And per your post:

Yeah, I know what you mean about the narrators. I now have a posse of reader volunteers on Ravelry and I'm going to start substituting our folks for theirs. I kinda prefer that, actually.
: )

I'm trying to remember which Madame Alexander dolls my Mom had that my sister and I inherited (sister still has them, I think) but didn't know they had a Little Women set! SO WONDERFUL!

I've been under a rock and didn't hear about the Opera. O my goodness! That adds some Sturm und Drang, no? LOVE it.

Thanks so much for checking in. I'm really excited to hear from so many people that they're looking forward to LW. I've so enjoyed it.
All the best (in NY and NJ)
